You'll also have access to our warm-weather community amenities: within easy walking distance (two houses away) to a sandy beach, outdoor basketball court and children's playground. You'll never want to leave! But there are so many options to do nearby as well: Toast marshmallows and tell stories around the fire pit at night. Make dinner inside using our gourmet kitchen or outside on the patio with the gas grill, lounging at our new spacious outdoor dining table.
